Brand Warranty
Most of our brand-new watches come with the manufacturer’s warranty card, giving you access to official brand service centers, such as Rolex, Omega, or Audemars Piguet. Some pre-owned models also include remaining brand warranty coverage, depending on their condition and paperwork.

All watches sold through our store are protected by our 1-Year Warranty. If your watch stops working, gains or loses time abnormally, or encounters movement-related issues within 12 months of purchase, we’ll repair it — no charge.

What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
Most of our watches come with either the original manufacturer’s warranty or our own in-house 12-month limited warranty, depending on the timepiece and its age. Warranty coverage details will be outlined clearly at the time of purchase.
What does your in-house 12-month warranty cover?
Our in-house warranty covers the movement and timekeeping functionality of your watch for 12 months from the date of purchase. This includes issues such as abnormal gain/loss of time or mechanical failure due to normal usage.
What is not covered under your warranty?
Our warranty does not cover accidental damage, water intrusion due to mishandling, theft or loss, cosmetic wear (e.g., scratches or dents), unauthorized repairs or service performed by a third party, or damage caused by neglect or misuse.
How do I submit a warranty claim?
Simply contact us via email or phone with your order details and a description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the evaluation process. If the repair is covered under warranty, we’ll handle it at no charge and return the watch promptly.
Can I still have my watch serviced through Watch Boutique USA after the warranty expires?
Yes. We offer affordable out-of-warranty repair and servicing options through our trusted in-house and authorized service partners. Contact us any time for support—even long after your purchase.
Do you offer extended warranties?
At this time, we do not offer extended warranties beyond the included coverage, but we are happy to recommend reputable third-party warranty providers upon request.
